These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by Elsa Physiotherapy. By booking an appointment or engaging with my services, you agree to these terms.

1. Appointments

1.1. Appointments can be booked online through my website or by contacting me directly.
1.2. I require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide notice may result in a cancellation fee.
1.3. I reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, I will notify you as soon as possible.

2. Fees and Payment

2.1. All fees for services are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR).
2.2. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
2.3. I accept cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic bank transfers.

3. Medical Aid

3.1. I am registered with certain medical aid schemes. Please confirm with your medical aid provider whether my services are covered under your plan.
3.2. If your medical aid covers my services, you are responsible for submitting claims to your medical aid provider. I will provide you with the necessary documentation.
3.3. If your medical aid does not cover my services or if you are not a medical aid member, payment is required in full at the time of service.

4. Confidentiality

4.1. I am committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your personal and medical information in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
4.2. Your information will only be shared with third parties (e.g., other healthcare providers) with your explicit consent or as required by law.

5. Liability

5.1. I will provide physiotherapy services with reasonable care and skill. However, I cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results from treatment.
5.2. I am not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of my services, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

6. Complaints

6.1. If you have any concerns or complaints about my services, please contact me directly. I will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly and fairly.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions

7.1. I reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on my website with an updated effective date.
