Since graduating in 2018, I’ve gained extensive experience across various fields of physiotherapy. I’ve worked in hospital settings, specialising in ICU, Cardio Thoracic Units (CTU), post-operative orthopaedic care, chest physiotherapy, and neurological rehabilitation. I’ve also spent time in step-down and rehabilitation units, helping patients transition back to their daily lives. In addition, I’ve honed my skills in sports and neuromuscular physiotherapy, treating sport-related and soft tissue injuries in outpatient settings. I’ve had the privilege of working closely with school sports teams and at international sporting events, further deepening my understanding of athletic performance and recovery.
To complement my physiotherapy practice, I am a certified APPI Pilates instructor and have completed advanced training in dry needling. I am committed to staying up to date with the latest research and techniques in my field, ensuring that my patients receive the most effective and innovative care possible.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me embracing the outdoors through hiking and cycling, or exploring my creative side with photography and baking sourdough bread. These passions keep me balanced and inspired, and I bring that same energy and dedication to my practice.
I’m here to support you on your journey to better health, strength, and mobility. Let’s work together to unlock your potential and help you move freely, live fully, and thrive.
Your well-being is my passion.
